Mr. John J. Kubricky is the Deputy Under Secretary of Defense (Advanced Systems and Concepts). In this role, he oversees technology transition and transfer programs. Prior to taking this position in October 2006, Kubricky was the Department of Homeland Security’s Director of Systems Engineering and Development with the Science & Technology Directorate. Prior to his federal government service, Kubricky was a prime systems integrator of tactical intelligence systems on airborne, ground and marine platforms. He also served with the United States Army, and holds a B.S. from Johns Hopkins University where he also attended the graduate program for Industrial Management. |
