Mr. Jack C. McDougle is the Deputy Assistant Secretary for Industry Analysis in Manufacturing Services for the International Trade Administration at the Department of Commerce. He focuses on providing key decision makers with analyses and recommendations regarding the impact of domestic and international economic and other policies on U.S. competitiveness. He has more than 15 years public and private sector experience in strategic and scenario planning, finance, project management, policy development and change management. McDougle earned an MBA in strategy and finance at Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts and a B.A. in political science at New England College in Henniker, New Hampshire. |
