Mr. Robert “Rusty” Patterson is the Vice President of Raytheon Six Sigma Business Excellence. He is responsible for extending Raytheon Six Sigma improvement concepts across the entire enterprise, including customers and suppliers. He has more than 30 years of experience in defense electronics, and has spoken at conferences in the United States, Asia, and Europe on topics such as emerging competitive concepts, the shape of industry in the future, and how to position an organization to be a next generation enterprise. Patterson serves on several boards and holds a B.S.E.E. from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology and an MBA from the University of North Texas. |
